5s VISUAL ADMINISTRATION
Method named for the first letter of the name that in japanese designates each of its five stages. It is a japanese management technique based on five simple principles that began in Toyota in the 1960s with the goal of achieving better organized, more orderly and cleaner workplaces on a permanent basis.
